1. Zhejiang Bafang Machinery Co., LTD has carried out the 1 st term of training for the management staff of the corporate.

In May 22, 2005 , in order to improve the management activity, we invited the relative experts regularly to train the management. The first term of training will be lasting three days. The lessons of training included: the principle of heat treatment, the system of managing, how to improve the capability, how to work out the short-term goals, and so on.

3 ． Establishing specialized technology school

In march 2006, aiming for a learning organization and to thoroughly improve the level of managing, we cooperated with Vocational and Technical University to establish a machinery specialized technology school. Our company has stepped into new developing era. For our new stratagem, we need lots of experienced technologists and high-level stuffs.
